All our products start off with the minimum number of 30 notes (for aesthetic purposes). The maximum number of notes that a customer can generate is 60. You can certainly change the number of notes you want to generate.

Personalize notes based on the gift receiver's horoscope or qualities. After customizing your order, and upon confirmation of payment, you'll receive email updates as we craft and ship you your unique one-of-a-kind gift.
We won't hold it against you. For the vast majority of customers, we've never had anyone ask for a refund after handing this to their nearest and dearest. If you feel you want a refund after the fact, then please email us at help@thebestgiftever.com and we can certainly figure something out and make sure you get the outcome you're looking for.
All our products are shipped free of charge. If you decide you would like to add tracking to it, then that would be an additional cost upon checkout.
If you select free shipping it usually takes between 5 to 8 business days. If you select express shipping, then it takes 3 to 6 business days. Our items get shipped from Canada using Canada Post.
