As soon as your keepsake box is ready to leave our facility, you'll receive an email confirmation. Our dedicated team in our central location works diligently to prepare your order with care and precision!
Tracked Delivery Options
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We use a reliable tracked delivery service, and a signature is not required upon receipt. You can track your order's journey after your order is dispatched has received it by clicking on the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. While CanadaPost strives to deliver within 2-3 working days (within Canada), and 4-7 days to the U.S, including Saturdays, please note that this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date.
